Here's mine...



I tend to keep it extremely clean, as you can see, but I couldn't tell you why.
I just seem to prefer quicklaunch icons to desktop shortcuts.

I use XP, do I need a separate program to save my desktop image?

No. there is a button called Print Screen, should be to the right of the F12 key. Press it while viewing your desktop, then open MS Paint, and click Paste

then save, upload the image, and there you have it!

For Itty and anyone else who need help with this:

While viewing your desktop, just hit the "print screen" key (usually above the insert and delete keys), then open up MS Paint and press "ctrl+v" and then use the "stretch/skew" option to reduce its size and save it as a jpeg file. Once you have the image, you can upload it to photobucket, or whatever hosting site you use, and copy the bbcode to post it here.
