        Hmm.......

some more personal questions maybe, and some comicbook/film related questions too. But mainly personal questions.

        Hmm.......

If it can be a future historical event, it would be either UKIP eventually winning a general election (over the top UKIP supporter right here. ) or first contact with alien life albeit intelligent aliens or less intelligent aliens such as something that could become a house pet.

If it's one in the past.......the end of the dinosaurs would be an interesting one to watch, the birth of Jesus maybe. Possibly even the creation of the planet, that way we finally get an answer to what really happened!

          Personal questions? Hmmm...

You might have stumped me there. I've been trying to ask whatever question folks suggest after my "what would you like to be asked?", but I'm not really sure what falls into that category that I would feel comfortable asking.

What about your biggest fears? Is that a personal question?

Yep, that works perfectly! For the record, you can go deep with me, I don't mind sharing things (apart from names, pictures and addresses).

Biggest fear? Mental illnesses. If people ever thought I had mental issues and spread it around so everyone thought that, that'd drive me to the edge, maybe even something a bit further. I'd hate to be thought of like that. If someone just jokingly called me a retard or something (we always call each other foul names in our school) then that's fine, in fact it's quite humorous but if people seriously thought I had special needs and I mean serious ones then I'd be terrified, I'd hate to be thought of like that. Another thing would be catching head lice, I'd hate that. Everyone in the school who has then are mercilessly ridiculed and for good reason to be honest, they're dirty and no one wants to catch them so we keep away from them. But if I ever caught them then I'd absolutely hate myself. I'd have to go bald for a while to prove I wouldn't have them anymore. Yuck, I feel ill just thinking about it. Oh and one more fear, if I actually did develop special needs such as brain damage, I'd seriously want to be killed. Luckily my mother knows that so she probably would do so (thankfully). And people with deformities, YUCK! I know I sound absolutely dreadful but I just find it quite sickening (as well as fascinating). Normal people in wheel chairs I'm fine with, no problem at all, but with deformities that they're born with or things like down syndrome, that's the ones that really freak me out. Another fear in common with my mother, although she's slightly worse than me, but I can hardly blame her. I wouldn't want them all murdered or anything but I don't want them out in public all the time, put into care homes maybe. I feel harsh saying it but I just can't help my feelings.

As long as you realize it is coming from your own phobia, and isn't exactly rational, then you have my sympathy. But it is one thing to feel uncomfortable or afraid around people with mental or physical abnormalities, or to fear suffering them yourself, and something totally different to actually advocate restrictions on those that do have those traits, simply because of that irrational fear.

In other words, if you say, for example, "People with Down's Syndrome creep me out. I don't know why." you might have my sympathy (provided you don't say it TO somebody with Down's Syndrome or one of their loved ones- that would be extremely tacky).

But if you say, "People with Down's Syndrome shouldn't be let out in public because I find them creepy." then you've lost my sympathy. The discomfort is your issue, not theirs.

To be honest, I deeply understand you logic behind it. You're probably right to be honest, I don't exactly believe it's right to hide people away forever because people find them creepy but on the other hand I don't think normal people should have to see them out in public either. It's a difficult situation. I wouldn't force them to go into homes forever, but I'd strongly encourage it. One thing I certainly don't particularly agree with though is giving some of these people jobs. I once saw a pamphlet in a supermarket which was about a charity which got people with downs syndrome to cut peoples hair. I really don't agree with that. It's just....futile in my opinion. It's very different having a disabled person in say an office than in the service sector.

So I certainly accept people disagree with my views and even find then nasty and closed minded but at the end of the they are my views, I can't change them and I presume no one can.

Now that is a good question!

I'm desperate for a Hawkman movie, I think that would be super awesome to the maximum degree possible. Martian Manhunter would also be terrific, he's such an underrated character. Then on the Marvel side of things there's Deadpool, he really deserves a film. Probably would be a black comedy whi'd break the fourth wall such as having Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield appearing as Spider-Man at the same time and it'd be a great film! Then finally Daredevil really does deserve a reboot, so awesome. Oh and maybe a Green Lantern 2/reboot but to be honest I doubt it'd be on par with the other movies mentioned. Meh, I'd have to rate importance like this:
                  #4 - Green Lantern Reboot
                  #3 - Deadpool
#2 - Tie between Martian Manhunter and Daredevil Reboot
                  #1 - Hawkman
So yeah, I'd say Hawkman gets my vote. Honourable mention to a Spawn reboot also which would get somewhere in my top ten.

Yeah, I think you are talking too much as if your discomfort justifies placing unnecessary restrictions on others. I firmly believe that if somebody CAN be out and about safely, they have a right to do so as much as they like. If it makes others uncomfortable, that is ENTIRELY their problem, and THEY should be the ones to make accomodation for their discomfort, IMHO.

So I can certainly see somebody who is uncomfortable around a disabled person not wanting to have THEIR hair cut by them, or even in the shop where they work if the discomfort is great enough. I think that is unfortunate, but as you say, you can't easily change how you feel. But when their response to their discomfort isn't for THEM to make a change, by going somewhere else, but to try to restrict the ones they are uncomfortable with, then I think they are going too far.

An analogy would be, if I'm afraid of dogs, I don't try to make people keep them indoors, no matter how much more comfortable that might make my evening stroll, since the fear is my issue, not the dogs'.

                    But moving on,

Are there any TV shows/movies/comics/etc. that are UK productions that you think the rest of the world should really give a try (obviously excluding the ones that already have an international audience, like Doctor Who)? There seem to be a lot of things from your country that catch on big elsewhere, so I'm wondering if there are some things that haven't (yet) that you think SHOULD.

List your top 5 of Videogames you want to see adapted in a visual medium, and what creative team you would like to see attached to any, or all, of them.

To be honest I respect and understand your opinion. But yes, moving on.

Hmm. I can't think of too much to be honest. Nowadays Britain is just a bunch of celebrity themed shit when it comes to television. There is a serious lack of drama on terrestrial British TV let alone good drama. Too much reality TV. I know America also has a lot of that, but it also has dozens of good dramas. Meanwhile here the BBC is nothing but a bunch of left-wing shit trying to brain wash people to believe their views such as panel shows and such, a few documentaries but nothing much on par with the documentaries on the discovery channel or the history channel, and even on the BBC there's reality TV creeping in. There's the odd period drama or police related show but not much outstanding. The one thing which I thought had a lot of potential called "The Fades" which aired on BBC3, won numerous awards and was one of the only decent dramas on a mainstream channel in years got axed after one series because the BBC cut their budget to focus on "panel shows, documentaries and comedies". Don't we have enough of them anyway? Plus all the comedies these days are some god-awful shit like Mrs Brown's Boys and the lot, just appalling. Then the other mainstream channels ITV are even worse. Reality show after reality show after reality show! Crap comedies, the few dramas are period or cop again and are just dull. The only decent British channels are Sky 1 and Atlantic really, I guess Living is also alright but the best things are already American to begin with are at least American co-produced. Then there's British film which are mainly big let downs. There's 007and Harry Potter of course but they're already famous and do well, other than that, nothing really. So many crap films although there's the odd good one but for the life of me I can't remember any. Comicbooks, I can't really think of any British ones. I suppose if you can stretch that category to magazines with little comic strips inside and mock articles than Viz is the best thing around here. Overall really the world is going through a funny phase. Weird fashions apart from the odd thing I've pointed out which are just awesome, terrible music on the most part save for the odd good thing (I've just taken refuge in the 80s really for that), lack of good British TV so I feed my TV appetite with American shows and the British have never really been that famous for great films. So yeah, my choice is Viz comic.

Not a big videogame buff but I'll give it a go.
*Warhammer 40,000 - would be a terrific film. You could have any faction as well!
*Halo - deserves a film surely.
*C.O.D - could make some great films whether WWII, Black Opps or MW.
*The Batman Arkham series - great film or TV show. Would last years.
*Star Wars: Force Unleashed - C'mon, could work as the next film or even a TV series.

I can't really think of any creative teams tho.
