here is how you find out your sector. Don't know how this will work for our overseas friends but, post the last 4 of your Cell/ home phone number.

in my case I am from sector 2429

I say we use our area codes with the first digit of our actual #.

4233 or 4232 depending on which number I use.

I say all sectors in single double or triple digits be converted to 4 digits so that should handle it
