Old Dark Prime there wouldn't stand a chance. Megs wouldn't aloow him to get anywhere near close enough to use that overgrown pig sticker. One antimatter cannon blast later and Megs would now be holding the Dark Matrix.

Like I said Nems is raw power, he has to actually get to Megs to actually do any damage.
Megs on teh other hand is raw power, and a cunning mind, so he would just pick him off from a distance and go about his business. Yelling at Starscreams incompetence probably.
