Why not just broaden it to the Indie Comics Draft? You'd probably get more people that way...

Best to start it now since the Villain Draft is on it's last bits, and the Cartoon Draft is in a lull right now.

You do realize just how diverse independent comics can be, don't you? There's literally everything you can think of, and then some. Limiting yourself just to Spawn... it's setting yourself up to fail.

Independent comics are everything that isn't Marvel or DC. Before Marvel was acquired by Disney you could also say they were independent.

That's what discounted #1's and Trades are for, to get you introduced to the world. If you want, ask pretty much anyone and they can recommend some good places to start, I'm sure.

The thing is the mone, it'd cost cash for more comics and to be honest, I'm just happy with my DC comics. Money's tight as it is.
