The point of this Forum Section

Some members are a little iffy on what should go in the Games & Humor forum section so.

Trivial games like "the person above you game" should be placed in this forum.

Humor of all kinds also belongs here, like the "Superman has a problem with kinky sex" thread.

What does not belong here would be things like video games, board games. Or humor coming directly out of comic books or discussion of books.

Boardgames and the like would go in the Action Figure and Toys section as could video games, though those could also be posted in the General Forum Section.

also any posts in this Forum Section do not count towards your post count.

Hope that helps!

How about spin offs of existing TV series. For example, a spin off from say Doctor Who based on say the time war, a spin off of supernatural about say Dean and Sam's dad or granddad, a spin off from Sponge Bob about Patarick, a spin off from Family Guy about Quagmire, and so forth?

My vote is to draft a TV series or film.

Granted, but this whole thing started with a Hero Draft.

Well the first draft I ever knew of was casting a DC film or TV series, so to me, that's back to basics.

    Plus they're my favourites.

"Back to basics" would be a Hero/Villain draft.

How about drafting a superhero TV series? That'd be fun. Back to basics.

I think if you draft Hal Jordan, you're drafting Hal Jordan with the potential to be Green Lantern. Therefore both should be off the board.

That makes sense. But at the same time some characters' "secret identities" are very different from the hero identities (i.e Batman/Bruce Wayne or Bruce Banner/Hulk)

I'd say that if they ARE the same person, they count as the same person. But really, unless we are going to limit it to a specific "universe", it doesn't become MUCH of an issue. Somebody picks Peter Parker? Pick a Spider-man from a different universe, or one that isn't Peter Parker. It seems to me like there are so MANY "versions" of almost any character (at least in DC and Marvel), several of which are not very different from each other, that unless you limit it to a specific universe a "no duplication" rule is only a minor annoyance.

Yeah, but I don't think we need a RULE to prevent that. Wouldn't the fact that your team would be laughed at be reason enough for people not to go that lazy route?
