That's right. That could work, right? Plus the good thing about my idea is it aint limited to DC, or chilld freindly ones. If you wanted, you could do a animated walking dead. Also, I think it would be a good idea to say whether your shows traditional animation, or CGI.

Or stop-motion. Can't forget THAT possibility! Plastic Man would be really interesting as a stop-motion, clay-mation-type show, I think.

What's stop motion? But yeah, all kinds of animation would be accepted. I've actully told Primus the idea back while he was the "draft master". He seemd to like it. I think an animated draft is the way foward people......also, we can say who the artist is, and the players write about their draft.

No no no, this draft makes hardly any sense. My animation draft idea has structure, and is actully about comicbooks. A-Trains idea is pretey much just putting random characters together.

Generally it involves shooting three-dimensional models a frame at a time, moving them tiny amounts each time to create the animation.

Think Gumby, or Wallace and Gromit.

Cause that Dr Who draft made tons of sense....When does that one start again?

Most drafts have been random characters together dude. Go back and look at all of them. We also did a cartoon draft where tied characters to the empotional spectrum.
I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.

But we LIKE putting random characters together (usually in some manner that makes it not completely random). Haven't you noticed? Casting drafts are good too, we've done both types, but I wouldn't dream of discounting a draft idea just because it involves putting "random characters together". That idea is like Draft bread-and-butter!

I know, dr who failed. I'll give you that one. Ok, what would everyone rather have, drafting existing and random cartoon characters, or drafting a stable comicbook cartoon series? Come on dudes, with my draft idea, we can draft new shows like the walking dead animated series, a good version of GL:TAS, a new spawn show, a punisher animated series, even an Ionfan animated show.

The thing is, how many of you actully know jack shit about old animated shows from the 80s? If we're seriously doing that as a next draft, why not the next draft be "draft a political party", "draft the illuminati", or "draft Ionfan a freind"? What's with me and Ionfan today?

A good chunk of memebers here were kids in the 80's so Im sure we know PLENTY!

Considering that I was born in 1972, I'd fall into that category. I daresay that a lot of the 80's cartoons were still in reruns for some of those a little younger than me, too. But, yeah, if too many people feel like they have little interest in that era of cartoons, then the draft wouldn't fly. I think you might be surprised how many people here ARE familiar with them, though.

Well the 80s was a while ago, suerely you can't renember much. And besides, even if people knew much about the shows, would anyone actully be interested? They're kids shows, shows for children, 80s children. Surely it'd be more interesting to draft a comicbook related animated show than draft a random group of 80s and 90s cartoon characters into a bizzare group.

I know kids shows don't have enough intestines spilling on the ground for your personal tastes, but a lot of people LIKE "kid's shows" that aren't kids. I'd have absolutely zero interest in a Walking Dead animated show, for example, yet I, and probably a TON of other people, would be excited if we heard they were going to make a TV show based on The Incredibles (assuming it was being done by a good team).
