If we are going to have a draft where you cast a movie (or TV series or mini-series, I guess)-version of a novel, I think it might be a good idea to limit the pool of choices somehow.

Like, cast a SF novel, or cast a Fantasy novel, or cast a work of historical fiction, or SOMETHING. Otherwise the options are just VAST.

And should it be limited to exclude any books that have already been made into movies/series?

I think it might be more interesting if we make it with less restrictions. I for one, would be immensely happy judging a Gone with the Wind casting vs. Game of Thrones

Whatever ways this goes down, I'm so in. It would be pretty awesome, and I already have a cast for my favourite book, which is an awesome book, and would make a great movie and/or series.

I definitely this already adapted novels should be excluded.
