I have an idea, but unfortunately it seems that Marvel hasn't really used a villain that fits this theme (which surprised me). I mean, I think there is somebody who would fit, but they were a weird, special case, so far as I can tell.

I'm pretty sure that, for the sake of these drafts, anything that isn't Marvel or DC counts as Indy. At least that's the impression I've gotten.

Mind you, I suspect that is a bit too broad of a definition of the term, but I'm not about to argue it, because I don't want my own choices restricted by a narrower one.

It has never been against the rules. I know that someone won with my Evil Clown team from a couple of years ago while I was gone, with maybe one or two characters switched out.
