Keeping things evil... anti-heroes, video game villains, or we could just do another villain draft. There's plenty of villains to go around and I'm sure we all had more ideas for team themes. Maybe this time instead of picking the villains first, we pick the hero and then build a team around him or her.

Plus, your idea would probably mean that either you'd have to use the same 15 people, or exclude those 15 people.

not necessarily. Just keep track of the villain teams, and then let the first 15 sign ups conduct the Hero draft. Then could come up with some kind of tourney to allow battles between the Hero teams and Villain teams.

Of course if we want to stay evil then it's a moot idea anyway. That and I guess there was a hero draft before my time here at GLCMB.

We've done a hero draft before, it was the best draft we've done. lol

There should be some type of penalty for those who swap characters. This is a draft, they made a choice, they need to stick with it. A Penalty could be a number of votes will automatically be taken away from an individual if they swap or change characters. I think swapping or changing picks takes some of the fun out of this.

I'm okay with the idea of penalizing, but we need a definite penalty. Maybe only one trade OR swap, and you lose the tie-breaker vote?
