Basically.

But rather than think of it as a hero that would "defeat" the team... just think... if you were writing a mini series based on the team of villains (that is randomly assigned to you) who would be the most interesting/funniest/most appropriate nemesis.

It doesn't have to be a traditional hero. It could be another villain (that hasn't been previously drafted) or any person that has ever appeared in a comic book. Historical, fictional etc
