Well... There are two versions up for adaption.

The first one would be lighter and based closer to the actual books written by L. Frank Baum. It would have the producer from Twilight, and the writer is from Shrek Forever After.

The second version is closer to the present and darker. It would be written by the guy who wrote A History of Violence.

It's not Oz. I just DISLIKE Tim Burton with a passion. And, if he DOES get anywhere near this possible movie that I might enjoy, you'll THINK I owned these movies, lost the rights, and was MAD as HELL.
