Yes he does. He COMPLETELY does. He knows the Doctor is a time-traveler so there's no reason to be surprised that the Doctor is there, and when the Doctor asks who River killed, he says "You REALLY don't want to know." and more stuff along those lines. Watch it again.

Finally saw the finale and it was EPIC! Only The Doctor could get out of a situation where he had to die or the universe and time would end

It was more tense this time, what was at stake wasn't the universe or even the earth, it was The Doctor
