Every time he went inside the drill, he powered something up so set something on fire to cook so you figure the Predators would have picked up on the heat signature as close as it was to their camp... unless the hull of the drill was shielding the heat. Still, you figure they would have at least investigated the drill and salvaged the technology.

I'm probably just putting too much thought into it.

do you think itll get a great sequal in the future becaus ei really enjoyed this flcik but how much is to much?

They kinda try to explain that away with the whole" Body armor that hides heat signature" thing then again as we saw in the end theres more than one way for preds to see humans and like you said they should have been able to pick up his scent somehow, maybe they just ignored the drill for reassons that will never be explained.

If you let a car just sit, chances are you'll find mice living in different engine parts....same difference. What are the odds that they even pay the wreckage any mind. Probably the only reason they were even there, was tracking the new group....

The way I see things, it was an entertaining Summer popcorn 'leave your brain at the door' flick. The good thing was, it beat the snot out of Predator 2 and those horrid AVP flicks.

Point made, still you would think they would realize humans would look for a defensible point and that a dead machine like that would have plenty of places to hide and conceal themselves.

I saw this last Saturday, and loved it. I can't wait to buy it so I can play it nonstop in my house
Still gotta see it one more time in the theaters if able.

I thought Brody did a good job, and thats his real "serious" voice, he's done it in other movies, like the Jacket I believe. Either way it wasn't bad, and not annoying like Bale's.
The setting, the respect given to P1, the characters, the scenery; it really pulled me into the film.

The only part that was bunk was the Lawerence Fishbourne part. I wish they would've gone in a different direction there, but after that it picked back up and was awesome.
Topher Grace was a great choice too.

Too bad Inception(which was awesome, too) came out the very next week and took all the box office money. It really hurt Predators. They should've released it at a different time, not between all the Twilights, cartoons, and Inception. It's already doubled it's production costs, but still would've liked to see it make more.

I mean, everyone loves Predator, right? How could more people not go see this?

As many "homages" as there were to the first movie, I would have really rolled my eyes if I'd have heard that as well.

I think Danny Glover should have played the Fishburne part. That would have been neat. Obviously that would be the place to put Schwarzenegger, but obviously that just wasn't possible.

i liked fishburne in the role but the way he spoke about the seasons and shit that couldve been a role for arnold because his charachter was a guy who saw these things close up and hollywood couldve done something with his abduction by these predators

Because, as governor, he won't film outside of California and even then he can only do a one or two day shoot with vacation... and this would have necessitated longer.

ok seen the movie a few days ago and i must say i liked the movie (REALLY I DID) but i didn't like the Predators in the movie
