Thats usually why I dvr awards shows and the just fast forward through it for trailers and stuff like that. That's what I did with the Spike Awards. The only main things I watched was the Ryan Reynolds part and Sigourney Weaver getting an icon award of some sort cause you gotta give that woman all kinds of respect. She is the female sci-fi movie poster child IMO.
