The new costume he got in Amazing Spider-Man looks drastically different from this.
But there is an upcoming storyline in the Ultimate universe that threatens to mess with the status quo. The "Death of Spider-Man". That would be a convenient way of introducing this new costume.

My point being, why get worried about a comic movie costume will be implanted in the comics.

I love this costume, it looks like something a high school student (with the mind of Peter Parker) would make, it keeps in with the spirit of Ditko and Romita but does it's own thing. At least it's not that God awful fucking Scarlet Spider design.

On the Spider logo not being there, look at his face and it looks like he just got out of a fight with someone or something. So of course the the emblem is going to be messed up a bit.
