Well no, that's not the right reaction either. Doom's ego wouldn't allow him to be.

Nothing. But then again he doesn't really benefit from them existing, which is why I think he just wouldn't care. At the most he might express distaste at the tactics used and consider it to be beneath him since it was mindless destruction, but I just don't see him crying.
