Yeah, as someone that used to play ping pong, that is an incredible shot! The game is already tough because every shot puts a different spin on the ball. The degree of difficulty on that last shot is off the scale.

Adi Granov designed the Extremis armor for the comics first. The movie based its design on that. So in that case, the movie used the exact design from the comic book.

Last I heard it was stuck in developmental hell. Doubt anything will ever actually happen.

Love the LEGO posters, though I would have liked them more if they hadn't been stuck in the distant past of LEGO, as far as faces go. LEGO minifigures have a WIDE array of faces these days, not just the simple smile (heck the Harry Potter poster could have used faces from the ACTUAL Harry Potter LEGO minifigs).

Bacon? I mean, I get the reference, but who would EVER name their daughter Bacon? Other than that, I can TOTALLY see this as a worthy extrapolation of Calvin & Hobbes to another generation.

I thought Watterson stopped the Calvin & Hobbes franchise too soon. He could have pumped out so many more books before retiring the characters.

I love the strip. But a "(C) 2011 Dan & Tom Heyerman" under Watterson's characters feels even more wrong than the image of an adult Calvin.
