Let's just get both leagues going, 2 Green Lantern leagues isn't too much

This NFL.com league is set up with only 1 starting RB and WR, but 3 flexes (RB/WR/TE), and 7 Bench spots with one injured reserve spot. That's 17 roster spots, so no one should be stuck with no good options on bye weeks or due to injuries. Keeps it more competitive.

Oh, and there are some bonuses too, not excessive, but if a RB/WR gets over 200 yards, or a QB throws for over 400 yards it deserves a few points etc...
