Well yes, but without the business side, the creative side wouldn't have existed as it does.

However, the way I see it, the business side is a LOT easier to replace than the creative side. I think it is a lot easier to find somebody who is willing to handle the business side for people with a quality vision and the skills to back it up than it is for a sharp businessman to put together a team that could pull off what Pixar has.

Doesn't mean handling the business side is EASY, or that ANYBODY could have done it (or have been willing to do it without interfering with the creative side). I just think it is easiER to find somebody with those skills than to put together a team that can pull off the creative side...
