Clever. Of course, that sort of cleverness works best when backed up by good lawyers. I have a suspicion that if you or I tried that, entirely legal as it may be, we would get ticketed (assuming the cops noticed).

Of course, realistically, anybody that could afford to switch out their car for another new, identical one every six months probably won't have any problem throwing lawyers at any problem that might arise.

G4 had this special on last night. It really focused on his career and not his family life.
Is he the dude that had that one movie based on his founding of the Apple company? I think it was called "Silicon Valley" or something like that. It starred Anthony Michael Hall and Noah Wiley, damn...how long ago was that? LOL.
Pirates of Silicon Valley. TNT just re-aired it on Thursday. It starred Anthony Michael Hall as Bill Gates and Noah Wyle as Steve Jobs. Came out in 1999.

Sad that this guy had everything you could ever want, and never took the time to know or spend time with his wife and kids.

Using his last interview to explain to his wife and kids why he "wasn't always there for them"? How about telling them directly, a-hole?

Steve Jobs' final wish: to get to know his children before it was too late

Yeah, but the dude got positive results. I mean look at what he achieved. Good for him, I hope he's resting well on an intersteller beach of some sort with his favorite drink.

Here's the news report I watced last night: VIDEO CLIPPY

Tech analyst, Rob Enderle, called Jobs management style "abusive." Jobs was known to rule by fear as he fired employees only to rehire them. (around the 1 minute mark).

On my lunch I walked by the Apple Store (San Francisco) where people were still gathering and leaving post-it notes, Apples, bagels, flowers, etc.

Here's a couple of pics from my cell phone.

That doesn't surprise me. Most driven people tend to rub people the wrong way because they're not focused on relationships but on achieveing goals.

If Jobs was a jerk or not doesn't really matter, as he made his impact on the world which affected so many people directly and indirectly. Moreover, he changed the way people interacted with technology and advanced the industry in ways that he probably only could have.
