Goldman and Donovan have a bit of a style. Nobody's Watching, the unproduced pilot that was created by Goldman, Donovan, and Bill Lawrence (creator of Scrubs. The other name on that image) and starred Taran Killam (of SNL fame) and Paul Campbell (of Battlestar Galactica and Knight Rider) shared many similarities as well. Will was an oddball, Derek was level headed, Jill Something was smart and ditzy, Jeff Tucker ranted and was feared (kind of), Roy Ingold got no respect, and Mandy had a rougher backstory. Some of the other traits were moved around, but it was the same general idea.
