Vincent passed away on Feb. 10 at a hospital in Asheville, North Carolina, according to a death certificate obtained Friday by TMZ.

He had looked rough in recent years. And I thought he was a bit younger than that.

The last known hit on a don was in '85. This was big. In the old days, this would have caused a mob war, but my guess is that either this was outside the families (pissed off the wrong guy) or a bunch of people knew this was coming (i.e, an authorized power play).
