    Tommy Heinsohn, who as a Boston Celtics player, coach and broadcaster over more than 60 years was with the team for all 17 of its NBA championships, has died, the team announced in a statement on Tuesday. He was 86.

    "This is a devastating loss,'' the team's owners said in the statement. "Tommy was the ultimate Celtic. For the past 18 years, our ownership group has relied hugely on Tommy's advice and insights and have reveled in his hundreds of stories about Red Auerbach, Bill Russell and how the Celtics became a dynasty. He will be remembered forever.''

      Indian actor Asif Basra, known for his starring role in 2006 film “Outsourced,” was found dead in Dharamsala, northern India, on Thursday. He was 53. The police are treating the death as a case of suicide.

      Basra was born in Amravati, western India, in 1967. One of the few Indian actors to have several international credits, he debuted in Sam Firstenberg’s U.S./India co-production “Quicksand” (2002), starring Michael Dudikoff. He was also noticed for his roles in acclaimed Indian indies such as Anurag Kashyap’s “Black Friday” (2004) and Rahul Dholakia’s “Parzania” (2005).

        Legendary Indian actor Soumitra Chatterjee, famed for his work with Oscar-winning director Satyajit Ray, has died from Covid complications.

        The 85-year-old actor was admitted to hospital in Kolkata city on 6 October after he tested positive for the virus.

        He will be mourned by fans and critics who avidly followed his six-decade-long career in Bengali language films.

          Lynn Kellogg, who starred in the original 1968 Broadway production of the musical “Hair,” died Nov. 12, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was 77.

          According to her publicist, the cause of death was COVID-19, the New York Times reported. Her husband, John Simpers, reportedly said she got infected recently at a large theater gathering in Branson, Missouri, at which most attendees were maskless.

            After a year of fighting a rare form of cancer, former "MasterChef Junior" star Ben Watkins died this week at the age of 14, his family said.

            The young chef died on Monday of Angiomatoid Fibrous Histiocytoma, a soft tissue tumor usually in children and young adults. He was diagnosed with the disease shortly after he turned 13.

                  French Comedian Michel Robin is dead, best known for playing Doc in the French version of Fraggle Rock.

                  Throughout his sixty-year career, it is the theater that has been his favorite place, to serve the greatest authors, Beckett or Tchekhov. Member of the Comédie-Française, supporting role in many cinema and television films, he died on November 18, at the age of 90.

                      David Dinkins, who broke barriers as New York City’s first African American mayor, but was doomed to a single term by a soaring murder rate, stubborn unemployment and his mishandling of a riot in Brooklyn, has died. He was 93.

                      Dinkins died Monday, the New York City Police Department confirmed. The department said officers were called to the former mayor’s home in the evening. Initial indications were that he died of natural causes.

                        The news of Lockhart’s tragic, untimely passing landed on social media on Tuesday, November 24, announcing the artist had died the day prior. As of the article’s runtime, i_o’s cause of death remains unclear.

                        The beloved Washington D.C.-native, who had previously released under the moniker FAWKS, had just recently inked a deal with Armada, marking the new venture with “My Head,” having previously been a staple on mau5trap‘s roster. Lockhart, a graduate of LA’s ICON Collective, had also released work via Skrillex‘s Nest HQ imprint, Dim Mak, and more. Lockhart had been previously named one of Dancing Astronaut’s Ones to Watch in 2018.

                          Jesus, the X-Men VAs are losing it badly lately. Dude was incredible as Magneto.

                            Argentina legend Diego Maradona has died at the age of 60 following a heart attack. Matias Morla, Maradona's longtime agent, confirmed the news to EFE on Wednesday.

                            A statement from the Argentina Football Association read: "The Argentine Football Association, through its President Claudio Tapia, expresses its deepest pain at the death of our legend, Diego Armando Maradona. You'll always be in our hearts."

                              Dorothea G. Petrie, who won an Emmy award for the Hallmark drama Love is Never Silent, died at her home in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 24 at age 95. Her family confirmed the death, which they said was by natural causes.

                              Petrie began her career in New York as an actress and talent agent before putting it on hold to raise four children. She ended her hiatus in 1979 by writing the story and producing the CBS film Orphan Train, starring Jill Eikenberry. She went on to produce Angel Dusted starring Jean Stapleton for NBC, License to Kill with a young Denzel Washington for CBS, and Picking Up the Pieces starring Margot Kidder for CBS.

                                Tony Hsieh, the former CEO of Zappos and founder of the DTP Companies, died on Friday at age 46.

                                A statement from DTP Companies, formerly Downtown Project, said he died peacefully on November 27 surrounded by family.

                                Hsieh's personal attorney Puoy Premsrirut confirmed he died "as a result of injuries sustained from a fire," however his death is still under investigation.
