John Feinstein, whose career as a columnist and bestselling author of sports books made him one of the most notable sportswriters of his time, died Thursday. He was 69.

Feinstein died of natural causes at his brother's home in McLean, Virginia. Robert Feinstein said he discovered his brother's body.

"Big" George Foreman, one of the most influential and recognizable boxers of all time, died Friday, his family announced on his social media account. He was 76.

Foreman, who won an Olympic gold medal in 1968, was a two-time heavyweight champion and Hall of Fame boxer.

He is perhaps best known for the historic Rumble in the Jungle bout with Muhammad Ali in 1974 in Zaire, a fight Foreman lost in an upset via eighth-round knockout. It's arguably the most famous fight of all time, and the "When We Were Kings" film that chronicled the fight won an Oscar for best documentary feature.

Character actor Denis Arndt, who appeared in Basic Instinct, a slate of David E. Kelley shows and earned a Tony nomination for his role in Broadway’s two-hander Heisenberg, has died at the age of 86, his family announced in an obituary published Wednesday.

“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our dad, Denis Leroy Arndt,” the statement read. “He died peacefully in his bed in his beloved cabin home of almost 50 years in Ashland, Oregon; he wouldn’t have had it any other way.”

Bruce Glover, a prolific actor who appeared in films like Diamonds Are Foreverand Chinatown and acted alongside Bette Davis and Anne Bancroft on Broadway, died at the age of 92, his son, Back to the Future actor Crispin Glover announced on Instagram.

Crispin Glover shared a series of old and newer photos of his father on social media, as well as a family picture featuring himself and his mother, alongside the caption: “Bruce Herbert Glover / May 2, 1932 – March 12, 2025.”

Jean Marsh has died at the age of 90.

Marsh died on Sunday, April 13, at her home in London, according to The New York Times.

Her cause of death was complications of dementia, director Michael Lindsay-Hogg told the outlet.
