I think people who commit suicide by hanging have no idea what a horrible way to die it is. In the Old West, everybody knew it and dreaded the possibility of it. It's hard to believe that such a successful, loved and wealthy man would want to die, but if anything good comes of this I hope it will make people take depression more seriously.
