Oh, I don't know. I think I'm going to have to agree with IF's principle if not its application to him.

I don't know you well enough to be sure, but I'd guess (a).

Let me put it this way. If I were a father, I would strongly discourage my daughter from dating my equivalent. For instance, just one point would be my current unemployment, which would at the very least make my ability to provide questionable and most definitely impede my treating a potential date to the kind of date I would prefer to provide. This, to me, is a logical impediment.

Not at all. It would be logical to be confident if you had something to be confident about, but it wouldn't be a given. Even less so if you have a lot to be humble about (with apologies to Winston Churchill). I choose to no longer play the dating game for the same reasons I don't tryout for the NBA or plan on a mission to Mars.

I also like the power of being unrejectable. I would rather never try than strike out once.

But all of this is irrelevant since I am not depressed in the least. At this point in my life (and it could change), I prefer being alone ... by a lot. That other aspect is unimportant. I have an extremely low sex drive and need for companionship and an extremely big need for "space." At least right now.

yeah, at 1st i was hurt and wanted it close too but now i'm all good so it's up to the MODs if they want it open or not

but we may need to rename it
