The obvious thing here is that this would mix job and private stuff for her and I don't think any woman would like such an unpersonal gift. It's like buying her chocolate or flowers. It's just so predictable and uncreative.
Well, do you know anything about her tastes? What does she like to read, watch, or listen to? Those gifts are much more personal. E.g., if she likes sci-fi, get her an SF movie she's unlikely to have.

I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.
