Ah, a video game. That's why I didn't get it. Aside from a little AVP and Star Wars, I was never much of a gamer.

IIRC, Golden Axe had a lot of replay value to me---i.e., I beat it more than once.

My dad and I tried to beat it a lot when I was little, but I wasn't as good as he was, and the game could be brutally hard (shit, Death Adder was a serious final boss). You can beat it alone without serious difficulty, but the platforming in the final levels (jumping across chasms) was hard because of the control setup (you had to dash and jump, which was a little tricky to pull off).

Death Adder's Revenge really needs to be released on Live Arcade/PSN, because it's an amazing game and was only put out in a cabinet and online emulators.
