I don't think that's accurate. There should be way more connecting lines. For instance, Punk was in several ways a reaction and progression of Glam Rock and it Grunge is more directly a product of Punk than it is of New Wave. Also, this conveys soul as a product of the British Invasion which is not accurate (at least less so than it was a product of 1st-wave R&B).
For the first time the history of the Picture Threads, I'm going to upload an image I drew myself. It is a true-to-life portrait of the lead of Mumford & Sons, and I feel in my heart of hearts that I have done them justice.
I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.
This angle doesn't work as well as some of the others for me. I can't believe that 8 year-olds are that obsessed with dating.
Ha! Yeah. I've got an 8-year-old. While he does, apparently, have a "fan club" among some of the girls in his class, being a little blond-haired, blue-eyed cutie, his reaction to this is more bemused than anything. The idea of going on "dates" with any of these girls doesn't even cross his mind, I'm pretty sure.
