From this description, it sounds like you're better off anyway. How long do you think a relationship with a lady that has superficial tastes will last? This is the kind of girl that would drop you like a hot potato without explanation and have you wondering where you went wrong... and it sounds like you lack confidence and self-esteem.

I probably made her sound worse than she really is there actually. Her boyfriend used to be a little well toned (but he was never huge beefy muscles or anything) and recently he's gotten a bit of a chubby belly and she was telling me a couple of days ago that her sex life hasn't been that brilliant. But she still loves him. And today she was telling us that her mum said she didn't care about muscles and she was fine with her boyfriend regardless but she said that she'd need someone who could "at least do something". She's not all about looks but she has limits shall we say. And it's the whole personality too. But trust me she's not as shallow as I probably made out.

But yes, I do lack confidence and self esteem when it comes to girls. I lack a lot of those things.

Oh the dreams were ages ago in the summer, those ended ages ago. But I still dream about her, like a dream about most of my other classmates.
