Science was my absolute worst subject. It was hard to grasp some of the ideals presented in regards to biology, so I detested those tests. LOL
But the single worst test I ever took? My driver's license test. I believe that was the very first time I had a panic attack. I did get an A on it, but still....studying for that fucking thing kept me up for nights on end.
Although I earned good grades and had a decent GPA, I also frequently had test anxiety. The worst I remember was getting a "C" in Middle School Math. I got another "C" many years later on a Greek midterm in Grad School.
But worse than those was my SATs. I was literally sick both times I took it. IIRC, I didn't even break 1200 (though I had in the doesn't-count Pre-SAT, when I wasn't sick). The second time I took it, I was so sick my head felt like I was spinning and I had to erase and fix over 20 questions when I realized I skipped one and was filling in the wrong circles. What a mess. I'm glad my seminary didn't require GRE, MCATs or any such. I probably would've lost a limb on the way.
Oh, and I failed my driver's test the first time (though I aced the written). It was the first and last time that I couldn't perform a k-turn properly, but my hands where shaking and I was sweating. Not good.
I was even more of a mess for speeches. Before a speech, I usually couldn't sleep the night before, I'd throw up just before and sweat during it.
The hardest? Probably a Trigonometry test when I was a Junior. There became a point where that stuff just stopped making any kind of sense, and that's when I stopped taking math-related classes.
English on the other hand, was always easy for me, and I got high marks with very little effort. Even through College, I got nothing but A's in my English and Writing courses. I regret not applying myself and getting even higher grades in High School though, but that had nothing to do with trigonometry.
I'm sure there were some tests somewhere that I sweated over going in, but nothing stands out. I think I test well. I certainly did well on any standardized tests.

Back in middle school and Year 9 I found most science tests extremely hard. My August Maths GCSE had two tests in it; the first test was incredibly hard, probably the hardest maths test I've ever done. Then the second maths test was one of the easiest maths tests I've ever done.

The toughest test I ever had was an accounting test. I was just shocked by it. I really stepped it up then and got that requirement eliminated, and then went on to things I found more congenial.
A friend of mine from Croatia said when he was in school over there he was solving a math equation on the chalkboard and screwing it up, and the teacher came up behind him and broke a yardstick on his back.
