Cosplay scam.

I'm rarely on the RPF, so I'll have to check that out. A couple of people on a cosplay board were talking about this guy, but I didn't know where it stemmed from.

Yeah. It's been going on for a while and the thread on the rpf is a good read. Started with him supposedly recasting others works and the shits hit the fan this last week.

He would buy halloween wolverine claws and recast them and sell them for a 100 bucks.

I've seen that happen with guys that make custom figures. Pretty much the same thing.

Pretty much he makes costumes and accessories. Took on way too many orders and go so backlogged that when people complained he would blacklist them and block em on fb. Then gets attitude when someone has the nerve to take him to task.

No, how does a scam like that even work? He make costumes and stiffed people or something?

That being said have you seen the internet explosion about Jim Logan/iamyourheroes.com and his purported theft of many cost layers hard earned money?
