12 Inch Marvel Figure Villains? X-Mas HELP!!

Was hoping somebody could point me in the direction of some villains for the larger action figures they make for the Marvel movies! My son already had Capt. America from his first and second films [one even throws his shield] as well as Thor and a Spiderman that fits along with the line. He just got the talking Starlord figure and the Rocket Raccoon figure from the generic 12 inch line of stiff Marvel heroes... but do they make ANY villains for these Marvel figures? I can honestly say I've never seen one in any stores I've been in.

Can somebody help a brother out while I still have the littlest bit of time to shop before Christmas gets here?

Are you talking about collector figures such as this?

Or more along the line this guy, who is Marvel Movie accurate?

There are also this dude, who can be found at TRU, Wally world, and Target.
