I actually support a coupe of things Trump did. One is getting our troops out of harm's way in places they should never has been sent. The other is acknowledging the plight of the white working class. This country had already acknowledged the working class's minority members.

What's terrible is his normalization of relentless lies by the president, and of personal attacks on those who crossed him that were vastly out of proportion to the provocations. That stuff was straight out of the playbook of the dastardly Roy Cohn, who was Trump's idol.

His Senate trial presented reason #2,999,999 why we need term limits in Congress, The Republicans were more interested in clinging to office than in doing the right thing, and they were terrified that Trump would come to their states and campaign against them in the primaries.

They already did take him back. His talk of a MAGA Party will amount to little because Republican leaders have already made it clear he's still in control of a sizable chunk of their voter base (eg, Asa Hutchinson, who won his office by a large margin, refusing to condemn Greene for being extremist while claiming to himself be mainstream and Greene only crawling into a 51% victory to obtain office; McCarthy sucking up to Trump at Mar-a-Lago; McConnell refusing to convict; literally everything Ted Cruz does).

Trumpism is the new platform on the Republican Party. They cannot live without it for fear of violence from Trumpists, and they will not live without it because it brings them easy avenues to power.

Trump and his family and various companies are losing a shot-ton of money and facing dozens of civil and criminal charges (even Panama finds them too corrupt to tolerate), they're losing or at risk of losing any number of high-value properties, his supporters are fomenting an internal war within the conservative camp, and he is faced with vastly better handling of a pandemic he chose to worsen by the man he lost his reelection to. His chances of getting into any public office again are poor and worsening by the day, but the rot that he exacerbated is still there and in many ways spreading.

Only time will tell if he ends up behind bars from criminal charges.

Imo let it go because realisticaly if trump did commit a crime wich i Dont think he did since people are responsibe for how they react on a daily basis what career politician who served 40 years in public officeisnt a criminal? Trump isnt a career politician like a pelosi mitt romney liz cheyney Clinton. Hell aoc stated she was at the Capitol jan 6th and she wasnt wich was confirmed by a senator and made claims that ted cruz wanted her killed. Wheres the trial of aoc lying and making a crazy accusasion accusing a federal employee of possible murder?

The killer fired several shots off to the side as a warning. But instead of shutting up, the women yelled, "I've got you on video!"

So he shot Jimmy, who ran away howling and left his wife to fend for herself.

Then he shot the woman, who STILL didn't shut up! After she was shot, she yelled three times, "You fucker!"

When someone points a gun at you, it's time to DE-escalate the situation. Not escalate it.

It sounds like they had taunted the guy in the past, and he had backed down. But this time he didn't.
