  • Going to New York City people

    Been hinting at sometime big coming for me in 2016 and this is it, on May 15-18 i'm heading to NYC to

    1) pay my respect to 9/11 victims (been 16 years in planing for this)

    2) see the words BIGGEST B( o Y o )B's (Statue of Liberty duh )

    and 3) take a helicopter ride around the city


    of course i'll post pics and vids

              Go to the Metropolitan museum. And the Toys R Us in Times Square if for no other reason than to check out the Ferris wheel.

                sorry but no, if it's not on the to-do-list (see my 1st post) then i'm not doing it (may do one thing extra but only cause it right beside the train station but that's it) just not enough time in the day to do everything

                      I'm one of those stereotypes: I live an hour away from NYC and the only thing I've ever done in Manhattan was go to a Broadway play and lunch at Planet Hollywood (which itself was a graduation gift from a friend).

                          I cannot even imagine how expensive a Toys R Us in Manhattan would be. I mean TRU is about the most expensive place to get toys I know of, and Manhattan would magnify that effect to an absurd degree, I would think. Maybe it had to close because everybody would come visit to see it, but not enough people could stomach the prices.

                              They decided not to renew the lease on the location due to the rent being so high.
