"There are times when the end justifies the means. But when you build an argument based on a whole series of such times, you may find that you've constructed an entire philosophy of evil."
―Luke Skywalker, to Ben Skywalker
If you're on time you're late. If you're early you're on time.
I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.
A man is measured not by the size of his strength but by the strength of his heart

Well I originally came in here hoping to see some actual philosophical discussion. Instead we have some one liners. I'd like to think that life is a little more complex than a one liner. Anyway, philosophically I don't necessarily conform but my thoughts tend towards agnosticism, cynicism, and skepticism.
Which makes me a faithless jaded asshole most of the time.
I like things that are provable. I believe in measurable repeatable results. I don't trust anecdotal evidence nor simple eye witness reports. I don't feel the need to disprove things, disproving things is nigh impossible (as shown by the Flying Spaghetti Monster and his noodley appendage). Rather I ask for extrodinary claims show evidence. I'm not even going to go as far as Sagan and say "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." No, extraordinary claims just need the same regular evidence everything else is held to.
Some people might find that odd. I read comicbooks about men with superpowers and play dungeons and dragons. Yet I do not believe ghosts exist, nor monsters (be they mythical or cryptid), not magic, not the power of crystals, or Atlantis. Don't get me wrong, world would be a more interesting place if they did, but I see no solid evidence that they do.
When I'm in a sober mood, I worry, work and think.
When I'm in a drunken mood, I gamble, play and drink.
But when my moods are over and my time has come to pass,
I hope they bury me upside down so the world can kiss my arse!
When we drink we get tired
When we get tired we go to sleep
When we sleep we commit no sin
So lets all get drunk and go to Heaven
This used to be hanging on a tiny little plauque by the front door of my house. It was my dad's
