Actually for the Spectre...I say the guy who played Dr. Manhattan. You would need those type of special effects to pull off the Spectre I think.

If they ever did a Justice League movie, I always though the Spectre doing introductions to the heroes origins as in Kingdom Come would be sweet. Only the audience is the old guy lol
