(Is GREAT on "Greek". Ignore his age because he plays a college student already, and Wally is 18 when Flash #1 hits.)

(Plays a pretty good asshole on 90210. Yes he's 27, but he barely looks 18)
Aqualad: Michael Cera
(It'll be easier giving him the more awkward "Year One" personality than the generic Wolfman one. And Michael Cera, as we ALL know by now, plays that well.)
