This movie made me Hate Frank Miller all kinds of different ways.

West, I wouldn't watch it if I was paid to. Unless it was in Comics. Then I might. Just maybe.
It's just not worth your time.
If you like the Comic character, and hate Batman and Daredevil, then this is the worst movie you'll ever see.

I'd say rent it.
Not a good movie by any means, but fun to look at. The movie is stylish and camp... the most interesting aspect of it is noticing what a huge difference it makes when Frank Miller is left on his lonesome to direct. If you go in expecting an over the top abuse of the film noir genre then you'll be ok. Plus you get to see Samuel J dressed as a Nazi which is mildly amusing.

I saw it in the theater. I could have waited til video, but its worth a watch. Looks cool, its decent enough, I'd say its better than alot of other stuff out there.

Watching it with the commentary makes it more enjoyable. But without it, I fell asleep trying to watch it like 4 times over 3 nights. At least Scarlett looks good and you see Eva Mendes' derriere in all its splendor.

If you're already on Netflix add it to your list, if you have to pay extra to rent it, nope. It's not what some of the critics claimed, worse than Battlefield Earth, but it a'int good either.
