Thanks for posting the guide (esp. about personal conversations that don't benefit other people be kept in the pm and not on the public board.)
At the same time, I agree with K. Soze that disagreements/debates should not be stifled as long as it focuses on the idea and is not a personal attack. Why be like a politician, campaigning for votes or a tv anchor baiting for ratings....hehe...we don't get elected or paid for flaming--just banned.

Thanks guys, we really do try hard here to make it a great place to hang out. some times one or two people can kinda through the whole thing outta wack and we have to step in and do our jobs which I think we have.
