I just put Sam to bed - he looks so lonely and has started sleeping where Slink was the last time they spent the night together

My condolences on your loss. My family still hasn't entirely gotten over the loss of our last cat, who had to be put to sleep several years ago because he had cancer and was dying a slow, painful death.

After he was put to sleep, we decided to honor his memory by displaying our favorite photo of him. My mom found the perfect picture frame for the occasion, although I no longer remember where she found it.



Good words that are appropriate in this situation.

thanks Myth - I just got the call that her remains are ready - I don't know if you've ever had to deal with cremated remains but it is awful
