  • West already reported that news awhile back, he sucks ass anyway, I heard he is also banned by one of the top feds down in mexico, I think CMLL? sounds like he let fame get to his head and now he is screwed.

He wont be able to goto TNA (if they even want him) because Im sure WWE contracts would cockblock that deal, which just leaves him Japan.

WWE can't stop him from going to TNA, they can only have a 90 day no match clause,

And he doesn't suck, he is a very talented individual who should have stayed in CMLL.

      • If WWE releases Sin Cara, he will just come back to Mexico and wrestle under Místico (again).
I promise you that CMLL would love to have him back and probably will blow smoke up his @$$ while trying to make him the biggest wrestler ever...

Considering they were going to push him to super stardom, Im pretty sure Vince would have put more effort in cockblocking him ever going to TNA, atleast for longer than 90 days, this aint Matt Hardy or some other jobber, they were going to make him a massive star, its the same thing that happened to Brock Lesnar ages ago.

Well thats your opinion on him not sucking thats fair enough, I never saw him in mexico feds or japan, just his WWE run, and it sucked ass to me.

Really if he doesnt come back, he will go down as one of the worst runs in WWE history, his displays were sloppy and botch filled.

I guess unlike Rey he just couldnt cut it where the big boys play.

90 day non compete clause is standerd fort EVERYBODY, just so they don't get released and show up on tv somewhere else the next week. (thanks Madussa) It would be ileagel to keep him from working for TNA. The can not stop anybody from makeing a living.

Not really, it was a total mess for Brock, and WWE arent stopping Sin Cara from making a living, just because they stop him from going to TNA.

Brock left to play football not go wrestle somewhere else, plus Brock was under a much larger contract than the standerd 3-5 year, WWE didn't have a trade mark on Brock's name like the do Sin Cara, and Brock wanted out he was not released because they didn't want him, that is a completly different situation which you can not aply here.

And Taz your like a week late with that.

i believe brock couldnt wrestle for 9 years after he quit. i may be way off on the timeframe though

LOL you have to admire their effort, I wonder how many poor suckers will fall for that, they should have done it before he came back on RAW.

Thats because thats how long he would have been under contract. Its like the Carson Palmer situation in Cincinnati. He wants out but is under contract till 2014, now he wants traded. Mike Brown refuses to trade him so Palmer retired. Mike Brown dosen't want Plamer playing for someone else when Palmer agreed to stay till 2014. Just like Vince didn't want Brock wrestling somewhere else just because he wanted out after signing such a long term deal. Vince said fine you want to leave do it but you are still contracualy obligated not to work somewhere else (wrestle) for x amount of years.

If Sin Cara is let go be the company the standerd 90 day non-compete clause is all that will aply.

Edit: I forget which year Brock even left, was there even anywhere to go then? Was TNA even around at the time.

                              • TNA have been around since 2002, its where some of the ex WCW/ECW guys went after those feds folded in 2001, well the ones that didnt get jobs in WWF at the time.

Even Tony Schiavone was there lol, Brock left in 2004 after WM20 where he and Goldberg got booed out the building, damn shame about that match, the 2nd Goldberg was in WWE I wanted to see him vs Lesnar, my dream came true, but it was instead a knightmare.
