CM Punk takes a couple of shots at Steve Austin during FOX appearance


CM Punk took a shot at Stone Cold Steve Austin this morning while appearing on the Washington FOX 5 affiliate to promote tonight's Monday Night RAW.

When he was asked by the presenter about his dream match, he mentioned Stone Cold Steve Austin and the host touched on the subject that Punk has been calling him out on Twitter.

"I think he calls me out," said Punk. "I don't think I'm in a position to call him out because to me that would be a step down right now," Punk added, as the host started laughing as well as some other people in the studio.

"It's 100% true, he's hunting and he's retired, he's enjoying his life and he's doing straight-to-DVD movies and I'm defending my title on a nightly basis," he continued, firing another shot at the WWE Hall of Famer.

Fedor is hardly over rated. The man is given the respect he is due for going a decade and only losing one professional fight that everyone agrees was a terrible call by the ref and ring doc.

As for his three recent losses, they were bound to happen sooner or later and he is getting older.

He chose to stay away and fight the UFC has beens.
