The first suit dosen't look that bad, mostly because there is no red underwear held up by a belt. To me the superman suit just dosen't translate well to real life. Pretty much anyone in it looks dumb. Just....red underwear.. with a belt...
The Burton suit looks like superman the borg, just too much stuff on it.
