Hey! First thing I wanna say is...when does the sequel come out for the movie amiright?!

I gotta say, as a longtime fan I was totally cool with the movie. I wanna know what you guys think. Why do you think they killed Hector? He's not dead in the series. And they killed Parallax in a rather different way. What about the sequel? For real, did anyone else see Sinestro put on the ring? Clearly they've got plans of some kind!

What about the Red Lantern series coming out in September or whatever?! Good or bad idea?

For my part, I liked the movie because I'm a GL fan but if I was to try to be unbiassed it was probably an average comic movie. I definitely want a sequel. Hector's death didn't bother me. It's like the Joker's death in Tim Burton's movie. It makes it more cinematic. Parallax will be back, especially if #2 is about the Sinestro Corps. Everyone saw the Sinestro scene because we're now conditioned to wait through credits.

As far as the RLs, I'll be reading it, but if I don't like them separated from the GLs, I may drop it. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're a Red Lantern fan.

That wouldn't be a bad limb to go out on. Yeah man! Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll definitely be following RL comics...I do hope they're good though...there's a lot of potential for a solid series. But it could also mess up. Ya just never know till it's done. :P
