I'm with the folks who think it's not a retconn, but Oa being "recreated" through manipulation of time so that it is the way it was before it's destruction.

See, the problem with that is that that is not shown in Legacy. We see the planet literally reform around the GL ring (as it grows gigantic) and then they state that it's been recreated and was no longer a testiment to the Guardian's cold mission of order. Which is completely at odds witht he idea that it was simply remade exactly as it was + a giant Hal Jordan statue serving holding the CPB.

So, any way you slice it, we're retconning something.

I knew something bothered me about those guns, but I glanced over it.

I suppose the theory suggested below (that Tom kind of "reset" Oa, Guardians' secret lair et al) would kind of answer that problem, but admittedly it's difficult.

Someone's getting their retcons mixed up.

It's *possible* that the Manhunters weren't immediately retired, but continued on for a bit using the zappers. Possible, but that might be giving them too much credit.

Oa's destruction never happening is hardly the first big retcon and it won't be the last.

That seems kind of low. And inaccurate. Unless I'm forgetting something, the only one of them to ever actually personally blow up a planet was Kyle.

Finally,Geoff has got off his ass and bringing back the magic his Pre-Blackest Night run had.Even though it required a massive Geoffcon for the main bad guy.Also,does anyone else find the idea of the Entity-possesed Guardians funny?It's a race of blue dwarfes being sent to kill them

I was so drawn into the the changes of the lanterns that I didn't notice mogo's big ass in the background. Lol

I hadnt posted anything in a while and when I saw this one was like damn, I didnt realize that was Mogo in the background either lmao!!!
