Yeah I could see where some people are turned off by Sinestro being pretty much the cover boy For the book he has been the villian for the last 60 some years.

Thats said Emerald Dawn II was one of my first GL Comics I did not find out he was a bad guy untill far later,Since I came in on the Kyle Run. As odd as it Is I like the Idea of Sinestro being back as a GL. Although I know many Who agree with me, I also know great many who do not as well. Even as a fan of The Idea though, I agree with people who say that Sinestro is kinda unreplaceable as Green Lantern's main villian. Plus how I like the Idea of the Sinestro Corps.

I heard a rumor though that the Sinsetro as GL is only supposed to last about a year. We will see. For those who decided to drop the book I understand,and Congradulate them. I know how hard it is to drop a book you wan't to love,but just can't.

You dropped all the Green Lantern titles, big deal. You're lucky, I can barely afford two titles.

Trust me, you wouldn't want to spend a single cent on more than 1 GL book, let alone 2 or 4... Plus, (and before you ask, yeah, I'm a Mark Waidist when it comes to piracy) I can point you to a couple of sites here and there where you can DL comics for free... Sure, they're digital, but it helps scratch the itch until you get the print version...if and when you decide to do so.

Oh, I know there are far better books out there. I just don't want to open the collecting can of worms being a fan of say, Legion. For Image the only title I buy is Walking Dead, and I do that in the yearly 12 issue hardcover format.

So many hate going on with the GL titles. On my way home, I'm deciding to wether get the latest issue of New Guardians or not but decided to buy it anyway. Since this New 52 started, I decided to follow the GL titles (with the exception of Red Lanterns) because I don't want to get left behind with the story. And it do cost that much especially where I am. But reading all of your comments makes me wonder now if I should go back to buying the collected editions or not.

Yes. I'm thinking of switching back to trades. Because it would be cheaper as compared to buying single issues monthly. That's how I did before with Re-birth, Seret Origins, No Fear and others. But then I would not be updated with what is going on like what happened at the start of this DCnU. I was surprised to find Sinestro wearing a Green ring. I just find it through here that it was during the War of the Green Lanterns. And so, I'm still waiting for the Softbound Trades of WOTGL here...
