Graf and Hannu are starting to really piss me off...and that's too bad because I liked both of them quite a bit before. Remind me of self-righteous "vegans" condemning people for eating meat because they're killing the planet.

      Art is lovely!

I'm leaning toward Relic's theory being wrong. As for what exactly happened beyond the Source Wall... who knows...

But there have been little hints in the writing and in interviews that suggest even though "Lights Out" is said and done, Relic still may not have been right. At least not all the way right.

If Relic has taught this day and age how to separate junk science from experimental science, more power to him. Too much junk science out there anyway.

Bring on the fist fight. For that last stunt on Dekann, Jordan deserves to get his ass thrashed. Stewart for team leader!

The power of will is found at the deepest level of your being. It's more than mere rules. It's a duty that you must honor.

That dude in the comments nailed it. DC/WB seem to be going out of thier way to make Hal unlikable, these days. Probably to try to level off his popularity so they can push John/Baz for thier crap movies. How many people do you think will be stupid enough to fall for it?

... Just how many people who watch DC movies do you think actually read comic books?

              I don't think I see a link...

I can't really say fo sure. but despite what others would have you think I think the Main (Not only) but main demographic is kids-Teens,and comic fans. Now when I say comic fans I don't mean the uber fan,who buys a the comic steadly. Rather more of a person who is fimilaur with the source material, and or enjoy's most things super hero related.

I think Relic will be proven correct the spectrum was being drained, just incorrect as to how or why. We'll probably find out someone or something was draining the spectrum faster than it could be replenished naturally.

Crime and Punishment, Damnation and Redemption. Hal
                  Jordan... And The Spectre.

I'm dead, yet I live. I have no identity. Yet I know
who I am. And once again I've been given power enough
to change the world. This time, Lord...
                  Let me be worthy."

I think the only current view of Hal that non uber fans have are his appearances in the Animated show and the recent DC game. None drafted by venditti.

I tend to disagree. There was that 2011 movie would be the most reconizable to them and that movie constantly gets treated like the worst movie ever. Then you have the DC Animated movies who first introduce Hal as the guy who shot in kid in the head in the first minuite of the New Frontier.

That said as a kid, I was a Marvel Fan. I only read Marvel and an Ocassional Batman book. But even I had herd of Green Lantern and DC's poor threatment of Hal Jordan before I even cared about DC comics. Some things are just big news I also knew that Barry Allen was dead. I did not know much about him other then he was the Flash but I knew he was dead and that it was considered some what tastefull, acording to fan opinion. That was before the Internet. Word news and opinions fly out so fast now, that I believe more people know more then just the Latest cartoon version of Green Lantern.

I meant besides the blockbuster disaster. And few people watch the DC animated movies now, that's why most of them are only digital now I believe.

I was also a Marvel kid. My knowledge of DC superheroes only came from cartoon shows and trading cards with information. As a kid I only enjoyed the shows, none of the drama ever reached my ears.

Mogo as new GL base world: Check
Mogo creating a new base with his world powers: Check

Not sure how Mogo would not realize there are Durlans on his planet. He pretty much has eyes and ears on everything.

An impressive issue as always from this creative team! Excellent character work and a fun quirky adventure with beautiful line work and glorious, way above average coloring. Full review in a bit.

I liked it but I think a Marine would need more cause to deck a superior officer. It should give him pause.
