Mosaic?

I recently saw Green Lantern: Mosaic referenced on wiki and I'm wondering is it collected in tpb format, and is it worth reading?

IMHO, it is VERY worth reading. Sadly, it was never collected in any format, possibly because TPTB seemed determined to aggressively ignore it as soon as it was completed. During ET, John was not even seen, despite the fact that he was actually present of Oa at the time.

Though for all we know, John and his newly resurrected wife took off after #18 for a romantic tour of the cosmos... when suddenly Hal struck Oa and absorbed/destroyed the Central Power Battery, leaving him dead in space and vaporizing his wife (luckily some Darkstars found him, probably).

His time as a quasi-Guardian at the end of Mosaic was referenced early into John's run as a Darkstar, so it wasn't like they were trying to sweep it under the carpet entirely.

Actually, from that self-same Darkstars "reference" we DO know that John WAS on Oa. They referenced it only because they just didn't feel they could use the character without mentioning it at least once (it was never mentioned in Darkstars again, to my knowledge), and they didn't even TRY to EXPLAIN it. They had him just WAKE UP in the Mosaic with Katma and his Guardian powers gone, and not knowing what happened. That's right, the mention in Darkstars would have us believe that John SLEPT THROUGH ET.
